Are you plagued with thoughts of “I’m not good enough, or smart enough or loveable?” These thoughts feel like a disease that keeps you from being who you are and who you’re becoming. You long for the ‘silver bullet’, the pill that you can take to rid yourself of this terrible disease. As of now that solution does not exist; at least not in pill form! The good news is that you can heal yourself anytime you want, step out of the shadow that makes you doubt your abilities and be your real self all the time.

Because your ‘silver bullet’ is inside of you, you have everything you need inside to heal yourself.

Think of all the wonderful qualities you have, the things you have accomplished and the delightful things people say about you to quiet the ‘disease’ thoughts. Concentrate daily and affirm that “I am good enough, smart enough and loveable.” Look at all that you have accomplished, in spite of the ‘disease’ thoughts, evidence that shows and supports you in who you really are and who you’re becoming.

Think about it! See yourself soaring!

Think about it and discard the thoughts that tell you that you can’t. Start listening to the encouraging thoughts you shut down and push aside, for they are the ones that give you the incentive to go on to greater things. They are the ones that help you realize your full potential. They are the ones that help you soar. They are the ones that help you be your real self all the time. Starting now, affirm “I am good enough, smart enough and loveable” upon awakening and throughout the day. Pay attention to how you feel and act. Keep a journal of your progress. We’d be delighted if you share it with us.
