- Being healthy helps you have a better spiritual connection giving you the chance to fully enjoy your life. You’re grateful and live in a state of deepest gratitude.
- Every time you choose doing something healthy (eating well and exercising) boost your confidence and self-esteem. This becomes your new way of being.

It’s important to begin slowly because this supports you in sticking to your plan and doing something that you know you will continue. Staying your course makes it easier to “tackle” what you thought would be difficult because you’ve developed a routine.
