When you’re feeling guilty about something, check yourself! Release any attachments that you have to guilt and shame!

Yesterday we had a little glitch in Your Daily Booster so today I’m going to just do a little review of it. Then I’m going to talk about the daily booster for today. Also, we’re going to talk about the three minutes for Safety Love and Peace. This is our Friday, hey Melanie in Australia thank you for being here. We are looking at Safety Love and Peace for three minutes at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, or 11 am whatever time zone you’re in.

It’s so good to see you here Melanie. Let me do a couple of shout outs to some people, shoutouts for today Pamela Buchanan, Pamela and I worked together at one time. Antonio Harper, Fred McDowell Sabine Besong, I’ll see you this evening Sabine, Justin Coil and happy belated birthday to Howie Appel so those are my shoutouts today.

Now let’s talk about shame because that was our daily booster yesterday and for some reason my internet was not working properly. When we talk about shame, shame is usually given or we take on shame.

Let me put it this way, when somebody says or does something to us that hurts us deeply and there was no reason for it, and one of the things that we often feel is shame. It is from bullying. Bullying is just not at the schoolyard bullying is in the workplace. Sometimes the bully of the schoolyard has now become the CEO of a company. You’re working for that person and it is absolutely miserable however, you decide that that’s where you want to be. You make it work for you. When you are feeling shame, just let it go begin to love yourself over the top over the moon over the stratosphere to infinity.

You’re going to notice those people who are bullying or attempting to shame you. One of the biggest shames that’s going on right now is body shaming. Who has the right, just think about this, who has the right to tell you who you should be, how you should be, and how you should look? No one! Only you have that right. So, claim your right. Then when anybody is attempting to body shame you for whatever reason throw it back. Turn it around and wish them well. That’s the best thing that you can do and continue being yourself.

Now your daily booster for today is guilt. Guilt and shame kind of go hand in hand. Sometimes because when you’re feeling bad about the body shame you start thinking, maybe I shouldn’t eat so much, maybe I shouldn’t eat all of this stuff. My princess did a lovely blog on her first blog post about what she has gone through in her life with her body. I’ll share it on my page, and you’ll be able to see it. I’m so proud of her for taking the time to put it out there.

When you’re feeling guilty about something check yourself. If you’ve done all you know how to do then why are you feeling guilty? Check yourself because we have all the answers.

Believe it or not I was having a conversation the other day and we came to the conclusion that we have all of the memory of the ancestors. You know why that is, because all is energy. Energy is never destroyed it just changes forms. Since we know that energy just changes form, we have all the energy of the ancestors in us.

Your daily booster today is release any attachment that you have to guilt or shame. Replace that with self-love, self-care, and take exquisite care of yourself. Do a celebration or something. Make sure that you take care of yourself!
