Monday morning for me always has an air of magic, an air of positive expectancy. I can’t wait to jump out of bed to see what the day and the week will bring! Today was no exception, bouncing out of bed I felt a sense of satisfaction, knowing I would consciously create magical memories.
You can get so busy as a boomer woman that you forget to create the magic in your life. When creating your moments don’t let anyone tell you “you’re to old” for that. Magical moments help you to rejuvenate and keep your mind sharp. Hold on to and cherish each moment. The tips below will help you remember to make magic daily.
1. Small changes make big differences. Add value to everything you do, differentiate yourself from others.
2. Alleviate stress. Remember to take time for play. Allow your mind and body an opportunity for rest.
3. Balance life, work and family. Maintain your priorities. Act yourself into a new way of thinking, being and doing.
4. Have a vision. People who have a vision create their destiny each and every day.
5. Live passionately. Focus your attention on something that you are so passionate about that it becomes the air you breathe.
6. Avoid energy drainers. Set boundaries to create and maintain your energetic space.
7. Create quiet time. Spend some time quietly with yourself daily for reflection and rejuvenation.
Can you recall the last time you made a magical memory? If it’s been far too long, be sure to create several today!boomers
Whaa, we think similar, I am from India, going to be 61, feel happy and healthy. Glad to find you.
Hi – loved this site – just to share with you I have magical moments every day
as I look at the sunrise or sunset, every time l listen to birds sing,
smell a flower or just read a poem…
A small miracle I have witnessed every summer evening
which I would really like to share with all of you is
the unfurling of the Moonflower, also known as the Evening primrose.
This lovely delicate flower opens slowly at dusk in front of your very eyes
and it is the most beautiful thing.
