Have you ever heard “joy cometh in the morning?” If you’re worrying and in pain right now, the secret is you don’t have to wait until morning! You can decide to experience joy this minute, right now. Changing your attitude and thought patterns can bring joy instantly. The choice is yours; you get to decide when joy comes, how long it stays and when it leaves.
Just in case you’re wondering, is this really up to me? YES!
Joy is a level of consciousness you choose as your natural state. It doesn’t matter what’s going on in your environment, even in this economy, you choose. Joy is always present, waiting to be acknowledged. Looking to your spiritual strength is one of the ways to have joy. The song Again I Say Rejoice in the Lord Always, is one of my favorites for uplifting my spirits. I sing at the top of my voice with feeling the title over and over again and realize that “joy cometh in the moment!”
Day 26 Guard your thoughts. Thoughts of lack, envy, guilt, shame, discouragement, gossip and jealousy are fertile ground for despair and steal your joy. Immediately stop those thoughts and focus on abundance, honor, courage, positive conversation, and joy.
Thanks for posting the article, was certainly a great read!
